Due to hygiene and safety standards, all skincare, haircare, and personal care products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items under any circumstances.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery or pickup on the following items only:
• Cleaning supplies
• Household products
• Jewelry/accessories
• Clothing
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved and received:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees (e.g., credit card fees) are non-refundable
• The refunded amount will reflect this deduction
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping costs are only covered if the item is defective or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
